Recycling
Due to the nature of activities undertaken by Ultimate Care Vending Services Ltd we feel we have very little impact on the environment, however we will endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint at every opportunity and encourage our customers like wise.
Our Fleet of vehicles have the most up to date spec engines for reduced CO2 emissions.
Our staff are trained on the best use of driving and our routes regularly checked to minimise fuel consumption. We also get it right first time to avoid being called back to site.
We also are part of the bike to work scheme where we supply our staff with a bike and they cycle to the office at least once a week.
All our staff are trained in waste management and the effect this has on the environment if not properly carried out. Our team work closely with our customers to ensure waste generated by our activities is always disposed of through the correct channels.
All new equipment is environmentally friendly manufactured where possible using recyclable materials.
New equipment incorporates low energy LED lighting and energy saving software which significantly reduces energy consumption during out of hour’s operation.
All waste at our base is delivered by our own staff to the recycling plant weekly to ensure it is recycled in the correct manner.
We always introduce our customers to the save a cup scheme and also enable all equipment to dispense a drink in the customers own cup.
We stock a range of fair trade and sustainable products which we use in our operated sites wherever possible and we always encourage our clients to use these products in their vending equipment.
